Understanding the Publishing Process

Understanding the Publishing Process Online

Academic publishing can be both exciting and confounding. In this workshop, we’ll explore the basics of navigating these notoriously choppy waters. We’ll discuss:

  • Locating and evaluating journals for potential publication

  • Open access publishing, including how to avoid predatory journals

  • The details of submission and peer review

Zoom information is provided after registering (see button below).

(Please check your junk/spam/clutter folder for the confirmation email- may be best to check your mymail directly in Outlook rather than if you forward to Gmail, etc.)

This event will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend please see this guide with the information we will go over OR we are available for one-on-one appointments. Book your appointment here.
