Interdisciplinary Research

Interdisciplinary Research Online

CIIS prides itself on championing interdisciplinary research, but the process of engaging in that broad-based work can be challenging for even the most experienced scholars. This workshop will provide perspectives and techniques to inform your interdisciplinary work, including a look at:

  • What are disciplines? What does it mean to be “interdisciplinary”?

  • Finding intersection points between disciplines in order to define interdisciplinary research questions

  • Techniques for searching within and across databases

Zoom information is provided after registering (see button below).

(Please check your junk/spam/clutter folder for the confirmation email- may be best to check your mymail directly in Outlook rather than if you forward to Gmail, etc.)

This event will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend please see this guide with the information we will go over OR we are available for one-on-one appointments. Book your appointment here.
